About the speaker:
Rev. Sande Bailey-Gwinn is a licensed and ordained minister who has served varies communities in Southeastern United States for more than two decades. She currently serves as associate pastor at Summer Hill Baptist Church, Jefferson, GA. Bailey-Gwinn is the founder and CEO of Foundations For Living, a non-profit organization that brings strength and transformation to marginalized communities through Mental Healthcare, Domestic Violence Survivor Services, AIDS/HIV Prevention, and Career Development Support for Reentry. She is a member of the HIV and Faith Advisory Board of The Wake Forest University School of Divinity, member of the COVID-19 Prevention Network Faith Initiative and a Board Member of The Peace Place Domestic Violence Shelter. Rev. Bailey-Gwinn holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Theology and a Master of Divinity Degree from the North Carolina Theological Seminary. She also earned an associate degree in Criminal Justice from Lanier Technical College. Currently, she is working to attain her Doctorate of Christian Ministry from the North Carolina Theological Seminary. Her mantra is: “Love isn’t love until you give it away”.
